Returns Policy

At Italian Star, we strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for full price items. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:
Conditions of a Return Plus
  • Online returns must be submitted and placed in the post within 14 days of your order being delivered.
  • A return fee of $12 will be deducted to cover the return shipping label.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. ie unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

  • Refund to the original payment method.

Sale Items Plus

Discount Codes & Promotions Plus

Full price items discounted using the 20% off welcome code for first time customers, remain eligible for refund.

Full price items discounted in all other temporary promotions are considered sale items, and therefore eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items Plus

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect garment.

All purchases are covered by consumer guarantees and rights under Australian Consumer Law.

In the unfortunate event of a fault or incorrect item, please notify us at customercare@italianstar.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
